The Ferrari has officially announced the price of the F12 Berlinetta, presented in March at the Geneva Motor Show as the successor to the 599 GTB Fiorano . The new front-engined V12 will sell for 274,400 euros including VAT, a figure that includes routine maintenance for the first seven years of life of the car.
For a quick comparison, the old 599 with F1 gearbox was offered to about 14,000 dollars less, but the difference between the two models is quite remarkable. The new F12, as well as an innovative, done in collaboration between Ferrari and same Pininfarina , can count on exclusive aero (dynamic brake vents, Aero Bridge Front, rear diffuser) that led to the cx just 0.29 , the new lightweight aluminum chassis (-70 kg on total mass) and especially the V12 6.3-liter, 740 hp, 120 more than the 599.
The dual-clutch transmission is now mounted at the rear and contributes to a reduction of as much as 30% of consumption relative to 599, while declaring the 599 GTO even better performance: 0 to 100 km / h in 3.1 seconds, from 0 to 200 km / h in 8.5 seconds and over 340 km / h top speed.
As per tradition, each customer can customize every little detail of its copy through a series of options “classic” and through special programs offered by the House of Maranello. Scrolling through the list of accessories, some items attract attention: the custom luggage set (10,285 euros), dedicated to the golf bag (7,865 euros), Ferrari badges on the fenders (1,331 euros), colored brake calipers (1,089 euros), various colors and material choices for the interior, electric seats (4,477 euros), carbon fiber steering wheel with LED shift light (3,751 euros), adaptive front headlights (2,420 euros) and cruise control ( 805 euros).
